Your Personalized Roadmap to Mastery

While every golfer’s journey is unique, the path to elite play is paved with specific, measurable milestones. Our training is structured around a Hexagonal Mastery Flow—a color-coded system that ensures you never move to a more complex skill until you have the physical and technical foundation to support it.

The Evaluation Phase

Movement Before Mechanics: Every journey begins with a TPI Physical Assessment. We don't guess; we measure. This initial hexagon is the gateway to your entire program. If the assessment reveals a mobility or strength gap, we prioritize Basic Fitness & Rehab immediately to prevent injury and fast-track your progress.

The Progression Logic

Our curriculum is divided into three distinct color-coded phases: Green (Developmental), Blue (Consistency), and Red (Elite). Traverse the hexagons as you earn your way forward.

Skill Integration

From basic swing mechanics and ball flight fundamentals to advanced spin control and high-tech optimization.

Mastery Requirement

Move forward once you demonstrate "appropriate mastery." This prevents "swing-flaw layering" and keeps your impact repeatable.

Flexible Entry

You are the captain. Choose any hexagon at any time, but accept that results are always skill-level dependent.

Phase 01: Development

The Green Phase: Milestone Checklist

Target: 20+ Handicap Developmental Learning. Before leveling up to the Blue Phase, mastery in these five core hexagonal pillars is required.

Green Phase — Hexagonal Mastery Flow
01

TPI Physical Assessment & Rehab

Goal: Identify the "Body-Swing Connection"

Mastery Benchmark

Completion of a full 16-point TPI screen. If a "Big 12" characteristic is identified (e.g., S-Posture, Early Extension), you must demonstrate a basic understanding of corrective exercises and measurable improvement in affected joint mobility.

02

Basic Swing & Impact Alignment

Goal: Establish the "Golf Simplified" Core

Mastery Benchmark

Consistently demonstrate a "Hands-Forward" impact position on a launch monitor. Prioritize a repeatable, shorter-loop swing that favors center-face contact over raw distance.

03

Ball Flight Fundamentals

Goal: Predictable Outcomes

Mastery Benchmark

Ability to explain curvature based on club path and face angle. Success is defined by the elimination of the "two-way miss," ensuring misses are biased toward one side of the course.

04. Short Game Basics

Mastery of "bump and run" and standard chips. Must land 5/10 balls within a 10-foot circle from 15 yards.

05. Course Management

Development of a "Go-To" tee club and conservative targeting to eliminate penalties and lost balls.

Ready to level up?

Once these milestones are cleared, we re-assess your physical capacity to move into the Blue Phase: Power Generation and Distance Control.

Phase 02: Consistency

The Blue Phase: Consistency Development

Target: 10–20 Handicap. Transitioning from "surviving the round" to "attacking the course" through athletic stability and precision.

Blue Phase — Hexagonal Mastery Flow
01

TPI Physical Assessment: Fitness & Strength

Goal: Transition to Performance & Stability

Mastery Benchmark

Pass a secondary TPI screen demonstrating improved core stability and pelvic rotation. Maintain posture through a high-velocity swing with zero "Early Extension."

02

Power Generation & Speed

Goal: Effortless Distance Through Sequence

Mastery Benchmark

Measurable increase in clubhead speed while maintaining a Smash Factor of 1.40+. This confirms speed is generated through sequence, not just "swinging harder."

03

Distance Control (The Scoring Zone)

Goal: Knowing Your "Stock" Numbers

Mastery Benchmark

Creation of a complete bag gap-chart. Hit a specific yardage with a 7-iron 7 out of 10 times within a +/- 5-yard window.

04. Advanced Course Management

Strategy Over Ego

Execution of "The Rule of 3"—eliminating three-putts, double-chips, and "hero shots." Measured by a significant reduction in double-bogeys.

05. Spin Control & Bunkers

Managing Ball Flight

Consistent "one-shot" bunker escapes. Ability to identify and execute "high-soft" vs. "low-runner" shots based on pin position.

Ready for Elite Play?

When you "clear" Blue, you have the physical foundation to move into the Red Phase, leveraging TPI Level 2 & 3 data to optimize every percentage point of your performance.

Phase 03: Elite

The Red Phase: Elite Milestone Checklist

Target: 1–10 Handicap & Competitive Players. Total optimization of the athlete through biomechanical data and high-explosive power profiling.

Red Phase — Hexagonal Mastery Flow
01

TPI Level 2 & 3: High-Tech Optimization

Goal: Biomechanical Efficiency & Power Profiling

Mastery Benchmark

Verify a "Pro-Level" Kinematic Sequence (Pelvis → Thorax → Arm → Club) via 3D motion capture. Identify and plug "Power Leaks" in the transition for maximum energy transfer.

02

Elite Fitness & Strength

Goal: Building a "Golf-Specific" Engine

Mastery Benchmark

Pass the TPI Level 3 Power Screen (Vertical Jump, Med-Ball Throw, Seated Rotation). Prove explosive capacity to maintain peak speeds for 18+ holes without fatigue.

03

Elite Ball Striking & Shot Shaping

Goal: Complete Command of the Ball

Mastery Benchmark

Execution of the "9-Shot Drill" (High/Med/Low x Draw/Fade/Straight). Accuracy measured by Strokes Gained: Approach metrics.

04. Mental Game & Strategy

Statistical Resilience

Mastery of "Decade" style strategy and a bulletproof pre-shot routine. Focus on "Shot Patterns" rather than aiming at pins.

05. Elite Short Game

Up-and-Down From Anywhere

The "Scrambling" Test: 70% success rate from 30 yards in, regardless of lie. Precision in spin loft and landing spots.

The Result: Total Golf Mastery

Once you have traversed the Green, Blue, and Red phases, you are no longer just a "good golfer." You are a trained athlete with a data-optimized, professional-grade process that survives the pressure of any course.

"By traversing this roadmap, you aren't just taking lessons—you are building a systematic, data-driven game.

By taking the time to build a solid foundation, you ensure that every future improvement is built on a rock-solid base of athleticism and technique, rather than quick fixes and gimmicks. This is the path to true, lasting golf mastery. "
